Jason, came to our home timely and in a professional manner. He installed 23 angle stop valves and braided water lines. He also installed a water pressure regulator and shut off valve to the main water supply to the house. While Jason was here, he ...noted a leaky faucet and leaky toilet, both of which need to be replaced. He shut down the water lines to both units to prevent any further leaks. We instructed Jason to change the angle stop valves as a preventative measure as our 19 year old house had all of the original plumbing and we had already experienced several leaks in the two months that we lived at our home. Jason took on a bear of a task for us. What I thought would be a routine unclogging turned into a herculean effort, involving several hours and 50+ feet worth of power snake. This was a prevention electrical service check. He did a complete evaluation of the house. Pointed out things I didn't even know & gave estimates on every way it could be done. Complete with pictures. A satisfied customer.

They stood behind their work despite problems encountered. 3 years after they initially replaced my water heater, and after several attempts to repair it, they replaced the entire water heater under full warranty. My experience using plumbing services started off well but then quickly went south. Brandon was very nice and I thought he did a thorough job checking for leaks. I asked for a report of all the places he checked and cleared for leaks and was promised a ...list by Kimberly for the next day but after a week of calling them nearly every day I still do not have a list. Another representative told me the report I have was blank because no leaks were found - but it would have been nice to have a list of the places checked because another plumber came out and found the actual leak. I am disappointed with the customer service I received following the appointment and that not all places were checked for leaks in the first place.Read More...

Nov 2020 update. Streamline is my go-to for plumbing/electrical/HVAC. They never disappoint... always have prompt courteous professionals at the house and in my contacts with the office. This was an annual inspection of our plumbing System. Technician was prompt and efficient. Found and repaired a small leak under our kitchen sink that could have caused problems in the future.
Keith Martin was great. He was friendly, intelligent and honest. Having been ripped off by another company for $400, different issue, earlier this year, I trust no one. I now trust Keith. Coming from me, that's saying quite a lot.

After responding to my call at 10 pm on a Friday night, they had a technician to my house by noon on Saturday. Keith Martin was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with my compressor; fixed a simple problem with a blower motor; and identified a gas leak by the meter!! Scheduling our service call was a breeze, and then Streamline made things even better by letting me know both the name and picture of the specific technician ...that would be showing up, as well as his estimated arrival time--including a real-time map display showing the route he was taking to get here! And then there was the technician they sent. Jason (one of their plumbers) was friendly and clearly explained everything he was doing. In short order he was able to find the cause of a particularly tricky problem and fix it. That he was able to do so with a minimum of parts was fantastic! Many times the experience of working with home repair folks can be so frustrating--phone calls are never returned, scheduled appointments are missed, and the quality of the work can be low.
