Incredibly prompt and very honest about what needed to be done.
Quick response just three hours after my call. Work was completed professionally, now back to work. Thank you Steven and Streamline Services
Daniel was friendly and professional. He gave me quotes for the work and drove across town to get the parts so he could install it same day. I’m very impressed!!
It’s Sept 2021 and once again Streamline to the rescue. I love the fact there is always a plumber on call after hours. Greg came within 40 minutes and repaired a leak under the house. He noticed another problem in the crawl space and made a suggestion ...for a solution. :: Daniel Cowart led the team in June 2021 who replaced and upgraded all 3 of my electric panels. It took a lot of coordination and hard work to make this huge job happen exactly as planned and my power was back on in 29 hours. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness, communication, and hard work to complete this huge task. :: In 2020, I began using Streamline Services as my HVAC company on top of plumbing and electrical services. This was a great move. They have knowledgable professionals in place to maintain and service my HVAC needs. I like the fact that there is an HVAC technician oncall at all times because when you get home and the temp inside is over 85 degrees, it's nice to know the repair will happen in the next hour or so and your A/C will be working again. :: Streamline Services has been my plumber and electrician choice for quite a few years. They never disappoint. In the last couple of years, they have started sending a photo via email of the technician headed to your home. That is a great courtesy to insure safety of letting a worker in your home. They do great work, have a solution for almost every issue, and leave your home as clean as they found it. If you are price-shopping only, you'll probably find someone cheaper. However, to take care of my home as best I can, I like their quality of service. I also buy into their family plan each year which offers discounts on services and parts as well as bumps me up the appointment ladder which is super convenient. I have had to call them on water pipe emergencies, and they always have someone on call. They are on time for their appointments - often early. They keep in touch and let you know their schedule.
I called Streamline because they had great reviews, and perhaps they are good for other services, but I had a moderately clogged shower drain. The technician spent most of the time trying to upsell me on a dozen different things and sell me expensive ...service plans, with little mention of my shower drain. Finally, when asked for pricing on the clog removal, I was told it would be a $79 diagnostic fee (which required no diagnosis, it was obviously a clogged shower drain) + $315 to unclog the drain. Over $400 for a drain clog removal! He used an electric drain snake and it was done in less than 15 mins. While he did indeed unclog my drain, the pricing was obscene. I will be going with a different company in the future. This by no means reflects poorly on the technician as he did a good job, but instead on the company's policies and sales methods.
